Q3 can have many answers..as there are a lot of phrases used in it..

Pound of flesh can be one..Green eyed monster is also one...The quality of mercy is not strained..

But i guess the most obvious one was All that glitters is not gold..

"this" refers to the classic..and not the scene..

Love is blind is a phrase whose origin can be traced back to "The two gentleman of verona" which was written and published well before "The Merchant Of Venice"..
